My Horse Box Subscription FAQs
Your first order will be shipped within two working days.
Each subsequent box will be shipped around the 15th of the month.
Your first payment will be taken when you set up your subscription. Your next payment will be 30 days later - this date will then become your regular payment date and you will be charged on this date every month for the length of your subscription.
We will always confirm your next payment date via email.
If you wish, you can change your regular payment date by contacting us at hello@myhorsebox.com
Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail, using their second class service which typically take 2-5 working days.
We ship to the United Kindgom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns
Should you not be happy with anything you have received, please contact us in the first instance where we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
If you are still not happy with your order, we will of course issue a full refund upon return of the items purchased. Please note, a cancellation fee may apply for any commitment plan ended early.

When you signed up, you may have been asked to provide some information like T-Shirt size, or if you wanted to include any extras in your subscription.
All these choices can be edited by following these instructions:
- Log into your account
- Select ‘Manage’ on the subscription you wish to amend
- Click ‘Edit’ next to Update Choices
Please note that any options changed may not take effect until your next payment it collected.
This depends on your chosen commitment plan, see examples below:
If you have signed up for a 6 month commitment plan, your subscription will renew every 6 months – you will still be charged monthly.
All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period e.g. after 12 months are up you will renew for another 12 months unless you have switched off your renewal prior to the end of your commitment period. See below for how to switch off renewals.
Renewals can be switched off at anytime by following these steps (just make sure you switch it off at least a few days before your subscription is due to renew):
- Log into your account
- Click ‘Manage’ on the subscription you wish to amend
- In the bottom right hand corner, click ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Follow the on screen prompts
Please Note
All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period e.g. after 12 months are up, you will renew for another 12 months unless you have switched off your renewal prior to the end of your commitment period.
If you switch off your renewal partway through your commitment period, you will continue to be charged monthly until the end of that commitment period.
To add or update a payment method:
- Log into your account
- Select ‘Account’
- Click ‘View’ in the Wallet section to add and deleted payment methods
To change which payment method is associated with your subscription:
- Log into your account
- Click 'Manage' on the subscription to be updated
- Click 'Change' in the Billing Details section

If you choose to receive a handmade sweet treat in your subscription box, this will be selected at random from the following:
- Cakesicle
- Geo Heart
- Dipped Oreo
- Hot Choc Stirrer
- Brownie/Blondie/Rocky Road slice
All treats include gluten, eggs and dairy. Nuts are handled in the kitchen where the treats are prepared and therefore we cannot guarantee nut free, even if not specifically used in the recipe.

My Horse Treats Subscription FAQs
Your first order will be shipped within two working days.
Each subsequent order will be shipped every 3 - 12 weeks, depending on the frequency you selected for deliveries.
You will know roughly when to expect your next delivery, based on your next payment date which will be confirmed to you via email.
You will be charged every 3 – 12 weeks depending on the frequency you selected when you subscribed.
Your next payment date will be confirmed via email each time an order is placed
Delivery
For UK orders, we ship either via Yodel Direct or Royal Mail
Order for Isle of Man, Jersey and Guerseny will be sent via Royal Mail.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
