My Horse Box is an equestrian subscription box company.

We have a range of subscriptions to suit every equestrian, from a pair of riding socks, to a beautiful bespoke box full of equestrian goodies.

All our subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis and you will never wait more than 5 weeks for your first shipment. Most of the time your first subscription will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. This all depends on when you sign up and your confirmation email will confirm your first shipping date, or you can contact us at to find out more.

Your second payment will be taken on the 25th of the following month, and your next shipping will be set as the 15th of the month after your renewal.

When you join our herd, you will be asked how long you wish to sign up for. There are 4 different commitment options: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months – all of these plans are billed on a monthly basis.

When you sign up for 1 month at a time, you are not under any commitment to purchase a certain number boxes, you can cancel at any time and no further payments will be taken.

If you decide to sign up for a longer period, for example 6 months, this means that you have committed to paying monthly for 6 months. In return for committing to a longer period, we offer a discount each month.

The longer the commitment period, the bigger the discount!

Delivery

  • We ship via Royal Mail, using their second class service which typically take 2-5 working days.
  • Shipping is free within the UK, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

  • Should you not be happy with anything you have received, please contact us in the first instance where we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
  • If you are still not happy with your subscription, we will of course issue a full refund upon return of the items purchased.

This depends on your chosen commitment plan.

e.g. if you have signed up for a 6 month commitment plan, your subscription will renew every 6 months,

OR

if you signed up on a monthly commitment plan, your subscription renews monthly.

All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period e.g. after 12 months are up you will renew for another 12 months unless you have switched off your renewal prior to the end of your commitment period.

You can do this by logging into your My Horse Box account, select Account, and then click to view your Wallet where you can then amend your card details. You can log into your account by clicking the Log In link at the bottom of this page, or by clicking here.

Yes, you can switch off automatic renewals at any time by accessing your account on our website, just make sure you switch it off at least a few days before your subscription is due to renew.

All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period e.g. after 12 months are up you will renew for another 12 months unless you have switched off your renewal prior to the end of your commitment period.

If you switch off your renewal partway through your commitment period, you will continue to be charged monthly until the end of that commitment period.

When you signed up, you may have been asked to provide some information like T-Shirt size, or if you wanted to include any extras in your subscription.

All these choices can be edited by logging into your account here, clicking Subscription from the menu and then Manage next to your subscription. You should then click Edit next to Update Choices.

Please note that any options changed may not take effect until your next renewal.

Unfortunately not. All our plans are billed on 25th each month.

Absolutely! Head over to our Gift a Subscription Page and follow the on screen checkout process.

All our Gift Subscription plans are paid in full and do not renew at the end of the term.

We currently only cater for ladies size 4-8 but hope to expand soon!

If you choose to receive a handmade sweet treat in your subscription box, this will be selected at random from the following:

  • Cakesicle
  • Geo Heart
  • Dipped Oreo
  • Hot Choc Stirrer
  • Brownie/Blondie/Rocky Road slice

All treats include gluten, eggs and dairy. Nuts are handled in the kitchen where the treats are prepared and therefore we cannot guarantee nut free, even if not specifically used in the recipe.
